  It's quite nice here with great views of Old Market Square. It was pretty busy when I visited this branch of Costa which meant the speed of the service was a little on the slow side, but that's to be expected when things get busy. Anyhow, the quality of the drinks served is fantastic. You want a 1 shot americano with milk? Well, you'll get just that, or anything else you want for that matter. The staff here really do try their best to deliver, and the succeed.

  Coffee served up in paper cups, staff only drawing my attention to this after purchase had been made and in an abrupt, inpatient manner. . Below par experience may lead me to think about decide going elsewhere in future

  Good as any Costa, really. Always prefer them to Starbucks, though. Hot chocolate is nicer, and they feel better value.
