  Super disappointed! I'm a frequent customer in the Hockley branch and recommended Revolution to my friend for birthday cocktails. When we arrived, there was no one to take us to our reserved table and we had to walk half way across the venue to speak to someone. He cleared people from a table and put down a blank "reserved for..." card which did not include any name or time nor was it obvious. Me and another friend sat on the table as we waited for the others to arrive but people kept joining the table as they didn't know it was reserved. Once everyone arrived, I got up to speak to the manager to let him know and my other friend went to the bar - which fortunately wasn't too busy and she made it to the front. However, when I turned around - our table was completely taken by a group of 10 - I told the manager and he said there is "nothing he can do". To make matters worse, we waited at the front of the bar queue for twenty minutes without any staff making eye contact with us and instead serving people behind us. I was absolutely speechless. I again, approached the manager to explain how we felt (at this time everyone he'd arrived) and he responded with a shrug and "well the bar is very busy". I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service at Revolution Cornerhouse and to make matters worse, when our cocktails were made the Pornstar Martini (my regular drink) was made with too much foam on top and no passion fruit!!!

  Having come to Nottingham to enjoy the day for my 50th birthday I was told by my student daughter to go to revs as you could get a plank of six shots for six pounds with a promotion ticket. On arrival my daughter produced the voucher to a staff member and asked if it was valid , I then asked for three planks of six shots for our party and was told it would be eighteen pounds , when we had all three planks of six the bar staff member rang it through the till and came up with twenty four pounds . Confused a manager appeared we told him we checked with the girl serving us who quite blatantly to our faces said she had never seen or had talked about the voucher. This was a complete lie ,also the manager said the voucher was only valid in Sheffield as it had a lot of students after firstly asking which uni she attended. This also was a lie as we regularly use them in Lincoln.
  Myself and my wife are very disappointed with this and will never go again ,I was a regular in Lincoln but I urge anyone not to bother with smirking lying Idiots that are employed in this chain .
